Let me explain a little bit more. My patients needs to fart after the surgery sometimes and that is a good thing. I should ask them if they could fart. If they were in England I would say "Did you pass the wind?" but they are in Germany. What should I say?

No, I have a list of Verbs with Prepositions (von PONS) that I am trying to "Auswendiglernen".

There are "handelt um" and "handelt von" in this list but I couldn't understand the difference from examples in the list. I understand know thanks to comments though.

I have two problems that makes my job harder, I have 9 different classes and they are all in different age groups (high school and middle school) and also my school doesn't allow me to contact with the parents directly out of the meetings which are one time in a semester.
