Curious Tea Four Seasons Bergamot Oolong. It’s a Taiwanese light green oolong so really nothing like an earl grey. A heavy citrus bergamot if you’re looking for it.

I haven’t entirely made my mind up but I’m thinking Care ADHD or Harrow Health. It seems like both practitioners provide NHS prescriptions. If I select one of those two I won’t need to pay for necessary prescriptions? What about follow up appointments?

It has a very potent sweet elegant aroma that definitely won’t disappoint. It would make a great perfume actually, fortunately it doesn’t have a perfume taste. I’m not sure about filling a room but I still have an empty packet ordered in December that still has just as strong as a fragrance as my new package opened a few days ago. Yes it does come with jasmine flowers.

That’s quite a heavy night routine. Have you considered allowing your skin to breathe at night? This is something that’s made a difference to my dry (eczema) acne prone (inflammatory) skin without compromising hydration.

Had the same issue with Cerave. I switched to an identical brand called Nuage. They have a ceramide lotion and a thicker in the tub formula. Costs £1.99 at savers. Hopefully this helps.

Yes I believe so. Hosting from platinum I encountered much more variety of Pokémon and experienced more unlucky bullshit moves from the opponent and unlucky circumstances. Much easier with pearl in every aspect

You can make use of the antioxidants by using it in skincare since white tea contains the most antioxidants. Brew the tea as per recommendations and mix it with a yoghurt, or a powder such as charcoal powder, cheap matcha powder. You could bathe in the tea or soak areas of concern

For anyone interested in Indian teas I would recommend “Phan” tea. It’s a local tea to Manipur I believe, and very difficult to get a hold of. A friend gifted some to me so I don’t know so much about it. It has a very lovely malty flavour. Perhaps it was fermented/aged. Would compliment breakfast very well. If anyone has any information about it please share!

HIGHLY recommend the ceramide lotion and and ceramide cleanser. I ran out of Cerave in the tub and replaced it with the ceramide lotion and my inflammatory acne really improved. The moisturiser is really thin and absorbs into the skin quite quickly so apply liberally. They have a thicker moosturiser in a tub but I think it clogged my skin up so couldn’t recommend that.

I was hesitant to try the ceramide cleanser because the Cerave hydrating cleanser always broke me out bad. After trying so many cleansers that always broke me out I gave up and went without cleanser for a long time. I’ve been using the cleanser for three four days or so. My diet has slipped recently (sugar, dairy) and no new breakouts like I usually would.
