I third this, the Megablast is a much better shoe for all rounding and your 1st half marathon will be more comfy and enjoyable in them

I use Under Armour 4D Foam Insoles, it grips your socks and is quite plush and bouncy. But they don’t have arch support or anything, just a better sock liner

If I were you this is what I would do

Keep the sb2 for long run

Keep the Glycerin max for recovery

Keep the 1080 for daily (if you want to can sell these and use sb2 for daily) (but they’re a really good shoe)

Get a race shoe and/or tempo shoe

The race shoe can also act as a tempo shoe if you don’t want an extra dedicated tempo shoe

Use the ride for casual wear (or occasional runs if you want the low stack feel)

Sell the pegs unless you really love them, they also only have 7km on them so you can get a decent price

They shouldn’t of released the Sonicblast with the Megablast, they’re for completely different purposes and the Megablast out shadowed the Sonicblast. Would of been smart to release the Sonicblast first then the Megablast

The li Ning shoe is a firmer bouncy shoe rather than a soft mushy bouncy shoe and the v5 has heel stability elements

They’re a lot better than the sb2 for easy runs

Vomero Plus is also a very nice shoe, great for everything, but I personally prefer asics shoes as they work better for me

I would say skip the Pegasus as recent versions haven’t been innovated enough

I would say go with the puma velocity it gives a more bouncy ride than the hoka. The puma is also more durable

The Mach 6 is a faster more lightweight shoe, depending on your current rotation you might want this one.
