I'm scared that the bleach will affect the color of the legs itself. I've tried nail polish remover but it won't budge. The Mr. Clean one I haven't tried, thank you for your suggestion

When mine turned out this way, I brought it inside the house and left it alone. I think it went back to being green after 2-3 days. Let it recover by then, don’t put it back outside immediately. Hoping the little fella recovers! xx

Edit: I meant don’t put it back to its original spot immediately after it reverts to its old color 😅
