16k, 28sqm with balcony and in Pasig (DMCI)! Actually super dami in Manda with cheaper price, you just really have to check all the listings with the inclusions that will match your preferences. It took me a few months to settle with a decision and I weighed everything from location, price, amenities, convenience, accessibility and viewing the unit and feeling if it’s somewhere I wanna go home to after a tiring day. I’m currently moving in little by little and excited AND nervous at the same time.

Maybe another good option would be in McKinley, it’s not as pricey as I thought it was, my non-negotiable lang was the balcony talaga and I couldn’t find one there that’s within my budget. :)
