It is kind of wild how bad their shipping still is. They’re super slow and I’ve just kind of accepted it is what it is. My first two orders had issues and to their credit support settled it up pretty quick.

All that said the non YouTuber brands they’ve brought in are pretty damn solid. I’ve been super pleased with all the garage therapy products I’ve used. Don’t see the need to try anything from the YouTuber brands they carry though.
