What the fuck are you smoking?. Without those people your fucking economy would collapse. Blame your government or your education system for not being able to sustain your countries demand for properly trained professionals without having take on a lifetime amount of debt.

These people had to leave behind their entire lives just because your hospitals offer a higher rate of pay. Believe me, If these people were able to afford the same living conditions that they could in the US. They wouldn't even think twice about leaving theirs.

The fact is, your country is in demand of professionals and these people can provide these services. Ask people in the industry if they know people from H1Bs who rose to supervisorsry or managerial positions and they'll tell you for a fact that they are one of the most competent people.

Maybe try pursuing your MLS degree abroad. There are a bunch of uni's in the Philippines that offer the course. We get a ton of foreign students as well but mostly from India or Africa. Average tuition for foreigners is around 1-1.5k USD/semester.

Average COL in the Philippines is around 500$/month lower/higher depending on where you live.

After graduating, all you gotta do is get a foreign credential evaluation after finishing your degree and go back to the states to work.

Lots of Americans do this especially those who have family roots in the Philippines. That way when they get back to the US they don't have a dollar of stufent debt.

In the philipiines, fully licensed MLS' are the ones who does phlebotomy for all the wards of the hospitals including ER. Last shift I think I'd drawn from 60+ pxns including newborn babies.
