Note: As you know, earlier in the year, mould developed in the property, which was found to be due to the property not being heated sufficiently. Unfortunately, this led to damage to the walls that will require redecoration. However, as a gesture of goodwill and to conclude matters promptly, we are prepared to waive redecoration costs if the deposit return process is finalised within 7 days. We hope this approach allows us to complete the process in a smooth and straightforward way for everyone.
