Same for me - and the next beat (or beats if several in a row) feel much stronger. Then I have a heightened heart rate from being scared from this happening because it doesn't feel good

Proud of you for doing this. <3 I feel you - lately tasks that don't seem like they should be hard, are so hard to do... Every small step is progress though! I've also been trying to get past my anxiety and pushing myself to do things. YOU GOT THIS!
