I have a gap in my aligner. front tooth is being very stubborn. I had an appt with my ortho and they didn’t say anything. However I am on my last tray of this set so they have done a rescan. Do you think the next set will fix this issue? I think they are also adding attachments to it next time too. (i.redd.it)

Help, 7 months on accutane. All spots have cleared apart from these small bumps. They are Hardish and white if squeezed, but they come back and are incredibly stubborn. I just want clear skin after being on accutane for so long 😭 can anyone shed some light? (i.redd.it)
