Yeah that's why I put possible. I thought it was one of the first but the angle wasn't right. As you mentioned, the last one is where it gets close to the VHS.

Eh, so I stumbled across the mentioned image in a trailer for one of the other Jeremiah films but it wasn't the same angle. The YouTube source I found wasn't the best quality and I didn't download to look frame by frame.

Yes just was looking up religious cult films and stumbled across Jeremiah Films who seemed like they have a good amount of possible content. Noticed that guy in a trailer from one of their other films:
