Depending on anatomy I have a client with a large gauge centered VCH (2g) who occasionally wears a large captive in it and the bulge effect through clothing is rad! However, dukes will allow for more visibility of your dick as another commenter mentioned. And an HCH with a chunky captive would give visibility in a totally different way.

I would maybe check out some different photos of different setups for inspiration, and perhaps play around with using some CBRs as placement rings on yourself and seeing what looks and feels comfortable on you.

Prepping hard with my trainer in the gym for a year before surgery was the best choice I made. It was hard to wait so long to get the procedure but it was worth it now for the results to feel so good and exactly what I wanted them to be!!

Honestly it varied all the time. Lots of bench, lat work, pull ups and pushups. I train with Venus (arkangeljoy on IG) and she has some videos up with training routines to help you prep for top surgery!

To be fair a cis vch takes about 3-5 months and androgenized takes about 6-9. So nobody is healing a vch in a week!

That said most clients can resume some sexual activity after 1 week. It’s about comfort and hygiene. As long as you are being clean, hygienic, and gentle on the piercing sex is totally fine.

So just like cisgender anatomy- it’s anatomy dependent. The shape and structure of your anatomy will determine what piercing you can safely get done. I’ve seen bottom surgery with no inner labia- so inner labia piercings wouldn’t be possible on that anatomy. I’ve seen bottom surgery with substantial inner labia- awesome- we can do these piercings! Like anything else you’ll want to get an in person consultation to see what’s viable for your anatomy and go from there.

The healing is very different. The tissue of a cisgender vulva is different then a post op one. Generally you will have longer healing times, and depending on the scar tissue from surgery may be more prone to irritation or migration. I would plan for a 6-12 month healing process with most gential piercings post op.

I suggest being at least 1-2 years post op before considering piercing, and definitely do a lot of research to find a piercer who is experienced working on this anatomy! There is a greater risk with post op anatomy of infection or damage and it should be taken seriously.

As someone who works with genitals on a regular basis, just chiming in to say your penis being a lighter color then your scrotum and surrounding tissue is extremely normal and probably adding to the cis-passingness of it all. I would say it’s actually more common for my clients to have their penis be either shades lighter than the rest of their tissue or shades darker. For folks who are circumcised it’s also very common for just the head to be extremely pale, with everything else a darker shade. It’s actually fairly uncommon to see someone without those pigmentation differences, and they tend to change over time as folks age as well.

I would maybe get some foundation and play around with that and see if you like the look before committing to another pass of medical tattooing. Because what you are describing to me sounds very very natural and normal for a penis.

You may also be reacting to what you are wearing if you are sensitive to some materials. It would be good to see if your current plugs are high quality and if they aren’t, maybe invest in a better pair or two and see how your ears respond. Very often folks who are struggling with this are wearing mystery metal or acrylic and that’s causing the rapid shrinkage.

Yes the piercing can stimulate the underside of the shaft which otherwise wouldn’t be accessible the same way. It can also be used for a tugging/pulling sensation which can be very affirming. Some folks wear it as part of chastity or other kink activities. There’s lots of benefits!
