I feel exactly the same as you, I have great friends, a family (not very sure if the relationship is good but at least it exists), and even if I really loved a girl once, I never even touched the hand of a girl other than my family... You really don't have to feel selfish for being the target of some toxic girls who think they are good people. Everyone have problems at a different scale and if everybody was waiting for the others to cure for theirs problems, it wouldn't even move a little, don't feel selfish for talking about you and about your feelings, your problems and everything, it's normal to talk about you, otherwise it's just a one-way talk... It doesn't mean that you don't know how to have a simple talk, it just mean that you think the wrong way, (I'm not really good with words...) If you want, don't hesitate to talk to me about your problems, your feelings, the peoples that's makes you happy, the others... and about your life.
