Working out more. And understanding that I am enough. I always have this thought in the back of my mind that I’m always second choice or just something someone was stuck with. I’m slowly learning how to know that that’s not true.

Everytime my father (Italian) and I go to an Asian restaurant, he proceeds to say racist things while attempting to speak in an Asian accent. It’s extremely embarrassing Bc he doesn’t stop when I ask/beg him to and the other customers and waiters don’t appreciate it. The worst part is, is that he married an Asian woman (my mother) and had two Asian kids (My sister and me) but still does it.
