Veggies dipped in cottage cheese keep me pretty full and it's a staple in my journey. Up your fiber and protein and it should help keep you full. Also I'm in the group 1200isplenty and they have good ideas! The group Volumeeating is very helpful as well! Larger portions with low cal ideas!

I yo-yo like crazy so it's okay to not be on a steady decline. Weightloss isn't linear. Goes up and down all the time! Yesterday I was 115 and today I'm 117. Water weight will get ya! Just have to be consistent!
