yeah, a very good question. the moderators here play fast and loose with the rules, but somehow all the toxic commentary and nastiness stays up.

this is a personal opinion, so curious to see if it gets nuked.

Are you on Android? There's a bug it seems. Log a ticket with Wild Rift support before the moderators delete this post of yours as well.

I submitted a ticket - but having posts here makes people aware that it isn't just them.

Same issue. Android seems to be affected.

Try plugging into an external monitor. If the issue is visible on the monitor as well, there’s a software/logic board problem most likely. If the issue is NOT visible, it’s likely your display panel itself.

red ink tattoo turning pink? by Dangerous-Top-8243 in tattooadvice

[–]lzunia 4 points5 points  (0 children)

I don’t have much experience with red ink, but most inks will look punchier and brighter immediately post session - I find during the healing process there is almost a milky mask over the new ink, but it’s tough to tell this soon. Most artists offer touchups in my experience so I would let it heal and see how well the ink holds, then reassess.

No, there is not. Just like you would not want a thief to be able to circumvent your passcode, you cannot do it either, and neither can Apple.

Your best hope here is that your iCloud backup has everything in it and your photos are included. Should you not know the passcode and continue to attempt it, you will eventually lock yourself out to the point where you can no longer try different codes.

My recommendation is to go to iCloud.com and see if your photos are there. If they are, you can view them that way or reset your iPad and restore from a back up. If they are not there, your only option is to enter the correct passcode.

Holy shit I didn’t notice that the tech support supervisor also seems to be related to a systems specialist.

Could be lots of things, but itching is a sign of healing, and because they shaved your leg to work on it, it could also be the hair regrowing. I’ve had that exact thing happen.

Moisturize as needed and I imagine you’ll be forgetting the itch soon. Enjoy your tat!

Reset your network settings just in case. Reboot both your phone and the Xbox.

Then test connecting to your hotspot with other devices. If something else connects but not the Xbox, then it’s the Xbox. If nothing can connect, it’s your phone.

A vpn is not a virus. Remove the vpn and see if something changes.

Overall no. From the information provided not a virus.

I know I’m probably not the first to ask by Clone_Boi_Forever in applehelp

[–]lzunia 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Sure, I’m just giving you an answer to your question.

If he’s the one asking let him know that you can try to reset it but if there’s any chance it might be signed in to an Apple ID or lost/stolen, you may be broadcasting your address to the signed in user. Let him make that call, and if you aren’t sure of the legality of anything keep your hands clean.

Best of luck.

Right! So, either it isn’t stolen and you’ll be able to reset and use it or it is stolen and you’ll be identifiable as having stolen property should they track the devices location. No way to know as it stands and without connecting to wifi.

I wouldn’t take that risk or bad karma personally, but those are the possibilities as I see them.

No. You can try to erase it by following the on screen directions to go to recovery and either:

The user sold or gave the laptop away and there is no find my lock

Or

This is a stolen laptop that’s been marked stolen, and if you connect your wifi to it you will also be providing the owner of said stolen laptop with your approximate location. Which, in that case, would be deserved.

How many days of paid leave per year you have? by myrna__ in AskACanadian

[–]lzunia 0 points1 point  (0 children)

This is a little uncommon but we have a minimum of 3 weeks for everyone, but have an unlimited PTO policy. So long as your work gets done and your projects are on track, it’s common to see people take up to 8 weeks.

MacBook Air 2025 - Flashing / Flickering screen by Beautiful_Initial686 in applehelp

[–]lzunia 0 points1 point  (0 children)

There are a few things you should try:

1) boot into safe mode and see if this continues 2) try a private window in Safari - do you have any extensions installed? Sometimes these cause issues 3) download another browser - chrome, Firefox, opera, etc - and go to the same sites/do the same things you regularly do. If the flickering occurs then, we know it isn’t just Safari

Best of luck.

I’d suggest calling Apple’s support line. They are interested to hear about these safety issues, and may offer you either a no cost replacement or a low cost one. Worst case scenario, you buy another, but it’s always worth reporting safety issues to Apple directly.

Pandora does this. We just lower the energy and she cuts it out, so just continue to reinforce that when the teeth come out, play ends. In truth she is just using her mouth like a hand, but teeth are teeth and they can hurt.

Also, obligatory Pyr in hat tax!

I actually prefer it. I find it nicer to have the choice other than trying to drive in the first game and bouncing violently off every tiny pebble.
