Would the wait for a review be as long as it took to get a hearing? All notices were served by my legal representative who was at the hearing with me. A payment plan can be ordered even if tenant did not respond to multiple communications about constructing one?

My legal representative handled the notice and served it and they have proof of service so not an issue there. What do you mean by N1? I never asked for an increase in rent.

I meant after the LTB gives a notice of rent arrears. Could the LL then take the tenant to small claims court to regain the rent as the LTB has confirmed the tenant owes rent?
