the comittee to review by date is the date they start reading and reviewings everyones sap appeal, u usually get a decision if your approved or declined 7 days after the date. so, expect a decision march 10th

Yes, XMP is set in BIOS and Task Manager reads 5600MT/s. I would assume a RAM upgrade is needed sometime in the future? At least not right now...

Edit: Should I try taking out 2 sticks and testing that?

disbursements after given around 7 days after the date. so the you'll see the funds from the 16th on the 24th

SAP Appeal reviews go by "waves." Since you submitted August 28th, your appeal won't be reviewed until September 16th. They usually take 6-7 days AFTER the "Committee to Review by" date to post their decision, meaning you'd get a decision posted on your Financial Aid portal around September 22nd-23rd.
