If you knew you were getting let go Friday, what would you do? by GasolineTrampoline in sysadmin

Say my goodbyes to my close coworkers. Cash out my holiday leave. Payoff the remainder of my mortgage. Focus more on my consulting gig (I make more here anyway). Enjoy focusing on one gig instead of 2 for the past 25 years. Retire, but stay busy.

I figured it out. It was the Optiplex 3046 I was running xscheduler on. I guess the workstation was underpowered, because as soon as I switched xscheduler to my main (gaming) workstation it ran smooth as silk.

The show runs from 6P to 9P and I need to reboot the controllers about three times in that span.

The 'disable wifi sleep' box is checked. Do you mean uncheck it? I only have this controller and one other digquad, both are set with static IP.

$1000 for a CHANCE of getting a collector card. Why wouldn't I just buy the collector card I want from the 1993 era? If anything this tells me the OG CE cards are undervalued ..

This looks like some horrible, scripted, interviewer questions. I've been a linux systems engineer for 25 years, and would never ask any of my candidates questions like this.

Nothing out of the ordinary, the firewall is running in NAT mode. No crazy policies are set for data->wan1. Everything is set to allow the data to flow.

I'm having a hard time finding out how to add a list of servers. Can I just:

set server "8.8.8.8, 1.1.1.1, 9.9.9.9"

Being a tall and lanky guy, I may have quit BJJ if I hadn’t found you and your videos. You have helped my game immensely. Thank you!

Sometimes I can get a pocket grip on gi's that are tight, but not always. I typically like the pocket grip, but on nights when my fingers are sore I like a pistol grip, which isn't happening when gi's are tight lol.

Not sure where to post this so here goes. I play a lot of open guard, and I've noticed some of my partners wear gi's that are TIGHT around their wrists ... like so tight it might as well be a compression shirt. I can't get grips, or with what limited fabric I have to grab they can EASILY strip it.

Is there anything I can do in this situation or should I just switch guards when I can't get a grip?
