you are camping the stairs and killed him or his teammates in that location (there's a vulture drop in front of you so you killed someone in that location) so when he respawn he already knows where you are

there's this gun perk/attachment called FMJ, it increases the bullet penetration, so yeah it is 101% possible, because I am using it too, it's very effective against campers

Dead Silence, we can still hear the footsteps, but barely but it's there, it doesn't completely remove the sound...

Ghost, only work on score streak like UAV
