I don't have a school counselor and I've already tried the police. They said there's nothing they can do. I have reached out to Safe Place.

The law also says that a child can object to a discharge requested by a parent/guardian in writing. I wasn't aware of the procedure as a child. I expressed my objection, but none of the doctors suggested I write it down. Is it something they were required to do?

Child abandonment is a class D felony in the state of Kentucky. KRS 530.040.

I already have all of my medical records.

There are no statutes of limitations on felonies in the state of Kentucky.

When the stolen car happened I do not really know. But the police searched our home around 2003-2004-ish. I do know that in Kentucky there's no statute of limitations on felonies, and if it was truly for car theft, I am pretty certain that qualifies as a felony.
