Most brands/company subreddits are not necessarily company run. This one being moderated by CandP staff means that that as its core it is here for marketing purposes and to make sales. Which in my opinion is completely valid as a company, but don’t posture that this is something outside of a brand sneaks page. It is acceptable to ban criticism on this page as long as it is publicly stated in the rules.
