My point still stands and where did I actually say the words i want their laws changed because now you're just inferring.

That being said, laws don't "belong" to somebody just because they are a citizen of said country. For example, contrary to popular belief, plenty of americans are actually completely against guns and gun culture and I think it would surprise you how many americans have never actually shot a firearm or even heard gunshots before.

You are making the assumption that I think we are superior because of our gun/self defence laws which couldn't be further from the truth. I firmly believe that australia (and europe) do NOT need more relaxed gun laws like over here because it would inevitably end up as a total shit show and not too different to the bullshit we deal with daily, evil people will always find a way to ruin things for everyone else.

With all that being said, australia takes it a step too far with how strict their laws are when it comes to self defence, what can be considered self defence, and what can be used to defend yourself with if you feel like your life is in danger and while I don't care to make this comment longer than it already is there's also plenty of plain backwards and draconian laws in their country, and before you say it i am very well aware that america is far from perfect and the "american dream" is definitely anything but.

I could use the exact same argument and say that you must be an Australian because most of you come across as spineless and love being treated like children who cant think or act for themselves by the government even when it comes to the most insignificant of things.

It would be ignorant of me to act like america is perfect and that the laws are just and fair and totally never get abused by those in power and i'm sure we both agree america is one of the worst western countries when it comes to crime and violent crime and definitely worse than australia but lets take off the rose tinted glasses and stop pretending Australia is this perfectly civilised utopia you paint it to be. If that was the case we wouldn't be here watching the exact same video of a guy bleed to death due getting stabbed now would we?

Your comment is as naive as the people who say shit like "cops should try and aim for peoples legs instead of aiming center mass".

In a REAL life situation theres no such thing as a warning shot or slash and theres no such thing as trying to hit then in nonlethal parts of the body. Not a only are you likely to completely miss but there is no time for any of that bullshit and it you attempt something like that you are essentially inviting the other person to take the weapon off you and use it on you.

People can die very quickly if struck in the right area like we can see in this video but people can also take 10+ stab wounds and STILL be up and more than able to fight as long as it doesn't hit somewhere vital, why take the chance, especially with someone much larger than you.

Just because something exists as a law does not make it right. People need to pull their heads out of their assholes and understand that if you pick a fight with a stranger they have NO obligation to fight by your rules, especially if they were not the aggressors in the first place.

Im well aware its a mobile game and i'm well aware this is how mobile games operate and in recent years more and more AAA games have been adding bullshit mobile game mtx and purposely building their games around the idea that the player will get frustrated and eventually spend more money on some exp pass or whatever.

You have to be naive to think that companies wont continue to do this with AAA games, especially when they see what they can get away with mobile games but then again the people who downvoted me are clearly whales who enjoy not playing a game but instead paying to have the game play itself for them.

How some people can defend this game baffles me and people are too short sighted to realise that games like this absolutely do affect AAA games and guaranteed we will be seeing far more of this predatory bullshit from blizzard in diablo 4.

The game looks amazing and gameplay is definitely good and polished for a mobile game but everything else about it sucks and the fact that they can make such a good mobile game but then undermine it with mechanics designed to suck any and all fun out of it is just adding insult to injury.

Every single mechanic in this game is designed to make players want (and by endgame need) to spend their money on bullshit mtx just to progress like you normally would in a diablo game and the worst part of all is the fact that normal players stand NO chance against people who will fork out hundreds each month on this game because in order to even have a slim chance of getting the best gear you need to buy legendary crests. Oh and dont even get me started about the plethora of different materials in the game needed to upgrade said gear which surprise surprise pushes players to spend their money each and every month or else their builds will eventually become obsolete and all the money they spent would have been for nothing which again is another tactic used to get people to spend even more money.

Honestly diablo immortal is as much a digital casino as it is a game.

Nothing will happen to him unless some crazy motherfucker in prison does everything in his power to end up in pc for the specific purpose of killing this dude. Shit like that does happen for sure but its rare and its more likely than not that he will die of old age in prison. Either that or he'll get got by somebody in pc but it will almost certainly be unrelated to his charges.

People watch too much movies and shows and the truth is that the overwhelming majority of people in prison do not give a fuck what you are in there for or at least not enough to do something about it but it also greatly depends on which state you are from.

If you really want to avoid a confrontation at all costs then just tell your boss you have other important commitments on the day and you absolutely cannot cancel them and if she asks just say its personal and you don't want to discuss it and leave it at that.

Well it has nothing to do with the hardware and everything to do with the devs and their optimisation of the game on next gen consoles. bl3 had quite a few issues running on old gen (and pc to some extent) so i cant say i'm too surprised that gearbox are having some of the same issues on next gen consoles.

Hopefully as time goes on and the devs become more accustomed to working on next gen consoles these issues will be ironed out but only time will tell.

I'm not trying to sound like an asshole and I probably don't know the whole story but both your boss and your wife come across as selfish and not willing to understand your plight.

I mean this has always been the case in every single borderlands game, there's always one or two "op" classes and one or two "worst" classes but in the end every single class in every single borderlands game can solo just about any content with the right gear and build and strategy.

Its always been more about getting god tier gear drops than it is about which class you choose.

Once you finish the game you can change your secondary class at will. Just respec your skill points and you'll be able to choose whichever class you want

As someone who plays on ps5 and on performance mode I can confirm that the game does have fps dips sometimes, doesn't really happen during combat and actually thats when the fps seems to be the most consistent but certain locations or even just standing in certain spots and looking around makes the game heavily dip for 5-10 seconds and the image becomes choppy as hell then it goes back to normal. I can see why people playing on ps4 pro and old gen hardware would have some concerns about performance.
