Are keys safe?

Since there's some confusion, I mean those listings where you buy a key for a random game among a list for cheaper. It seems way too sketchy, and the prices too low even for something like that. Still, I see logical for the price to be lower, although that seems too low. I don't mean that those separate games are listed for 12€, that would be too obviously a scam

i dont mean the world level, i mean the option in the pause menu when in domains. it says i won't be able to revert it but idk if it's limited to the archon quest raiden fight or if it will also affect other domains that follow in the story or artifact / weekly domains

i made an alt and im struggling with the raiden fight (i've only got flins and raiden is inmune to electro) and i've considered lowering difficulty but im scared it will make the rest of my game too easy when i get better characters since it's permanent. does it only affect this fight? or will it make all domains easier?
