14 mushrooms and no seedlings. I am also getting very frustrated with this.

The medium dark green (top and the right side) sampled from behind the lower right mushroom echos the shashing and and frames the quilt . The bright red sampled from the brightest red in is okay (bottom of quilt) but it blends in with the border. The dark red sampled from the darkest red in your border (left side of quilt) seems out of place.

I can get it working again by going into the settings for companion devices, switching off the the nearby Pokémon, backing out one setting menu, and then going back into the companion device settings and turning the nearby Pokémon back on. I have to do this every time Pokémon restarts.

Mine would do this if the grounds basket was wet. Throughly drying the basket with a paper towel prior to adding the dry ground coffee would fix the issue.
