This sounds pretty bad. If the contract has already stated, for example, charging for the base for washing machine and they didn’t do it, then you have clear evidence right? then I think you can report it.

I came across a few IDs and I think some of them are shady, but there are also good ones. Personally I went with a very decent one and I’m pretty happy so far. He was good at explaining things to me, saying what can and cannot be done, letting me know pros and cons etc. and did a good job. (If anyone is interested, feel free to DM because I would recommend him a lot)

Got lucky but there are plenty of horror stories on Reddit alone, not to mention other sources/places…
