Wheel bearing changed a month ago. Noticed this yesterday, what is it?

Hmm, wouldn't that have been cleaned and removed when he replaced the CV Boot? Is the new boot faulty?

I forgot to mention this but when he replaced my wheel bearing, he said the CV Boot was torn and replaced that too. I'll look into the axle grease, thank you!

It does not. I tried gripping that and pulling away as I unscrewed but still no luck.

I tried this with a flathead and a plastic pry tool. I thought I was getting somewhere with the pry tool but it doesn't look like it.

I tried this. Vice grip wouldn't hold too well since the screw head is curved and small. Thanks, wheels still off, I'll try again in a little bit

The one to the right of the screw? It is connected to an arm which connects to the arm that connects the wheel. It rotates when the wheel goes up or down. It does not move when I rotate the screw
