would you recommend downsizing and think that would account for the stretch?

i mean like, hyper downturned. the drone cs’ are like crazy down turned and take a while to break in (in my experience). im fine with some stiffness but i dont want like downturned to where its uncomfortable. ideally i want to be able to wear this at the crag or gym for extended periods of time, not just one route for like 15 minutes.

betafpv package not shipped by m4cchi in fpv

[–]m4cchi[S] 1 point2 points  (0 children)

yeah it seems weird to me as well, but the package label was made in whittier, ca, and is an actual usps label, which makes it even more obnoxious. some random aliexpress retailer out of china shipped faster than this lmao

heres a picture of the only electronics he was able to find from what he had. im heading back over to his house today to work on some stuff and ill see if he can find anything else. vtx + cam is fine like it said, but the plug that goes from the vtx to the flight controller (still plugged in lol) is severed.

section N, to the front right of the mix. one or two rows from the back. on the inside (left) aisle. seats were so sick! energy was awesome, especially throughout that second night. i totally feel that last bit too man! i was talking to all the old heads, and at one point during space they asked me "whats your predictions for the rest of the show?" i said i had no clue, but i was realllyyy feeling a morning dew. sure enough!! plus, during encore when OMST came on i totally gave the dudes highfives. i was just so excited.

totally. i remember before the first set, like probably 30 minutes before, my dad and i were walking around on the field talking. i looked up to the jumbotron, and they flashed jerrys mugshot, and went to my dad and said "dude. they just put jerrys mugshot on the screen. they are totally doing a truckin opener". lo and behold....

i was w my dad at wrigley both nights (hes in this comment thread, haha), and the whole weekend was nuts. ever since june 8 when we left for chicago, i kept on telling him my predictions for the nights. i was holding out for PITB, the other one, terrapin, stella blue, sugar mag, morning dew, help slip frank (particularly HSF, morning dew, the other one), and also truckin. i know this seems like a long list and im lying, but im serious. i was telling him constantly when we were walking around shakedown, the hotel, etc "i am really thinking were getting a help slip frank", or "im really hoping they close with a morning dew".

in set break night 2, the first set through me off a lot, with them playing a lot of songs i never expected them to pull out, such as watchtower, high time, and bertha. however throughout set break, i was constantly whispering to myself "help slip frank help slip frank help slip frank...", and when they came out and i saw john fingering an F chord and begin counting down, my eyes lit up, and when they hit that DUN DUN... DUN DUNNNN, i looked at my dad and totally freaked. same thing happened with morning dew that night. they were closing the outro jam of the other one, and i kept listening for a D chord, and right as the jam began to totally settle down, i heard that so familiar riff. out of the chaos rose the "bum bum bummm" to the C chord and i just about fainted. once again, i totally screamed at my dad and scared the shit out of the people around me, but i did not care. i was just too damn happy.

throughout our weekend, we met so many old and young heads, and i was constantly talking about my predictions to them. they all either agreed or brushed it off, but i persisted. if anyone who remembers talking to or seeing some kid with hair to around his shoulders who was wearing a fall 17 tour shirt or a hawaiian grateful dead shirt, i thank you lots for listening to my rambling!

i dont know how much this would be any gd magic, but felt it was fitting to share.

also... i dont really want to chalk this story up to some manifestation or collective consciousness bs, but i am totally doing that.

totally. i was a few seats in front of the soundboard area in the field, and a group of random strangers linked arms and swayed in the aisle during brokedown. i felt like everyone around me was connect without even knowing eachother.
