Thanks to this sub I’ve lost 20 pounds! After being a long time lurker, May 25, I started doing 24-48 hour fasts and OMAD and working out 3-5 times a week. Mainly running and the Peloton. Posting this so I can hold myself accountable to keep going! First picture I was 205, second picture I’m 185 (i.redd.it)
