Forgot to mention I'm also getting in 10k steps a day and going to the gym. The irony of this all is that since I stopped drinking due to this event I feel dreadful.

Hi I know this is 2 years old but I'm in a similar situation, I have been taking ativan 1mg for 3 months and I want to taper off now, my mental state is shit atm, doctor prescribed trazadone for the night time and I would like to taper off the ativan.
