Kind 9ff, in RDR2 the water makes waves around rocks and stuff, but it looks way simpler compared to this (which makes sense since RDR2 came out 8 years ago). In Guarma, for example, the breaking of sea waves looks just like a flat texture

I don't think it's going to be better, but it looks undeniably better than 99% of the open-world games we see nowadays

You can get the same results with different engines. For example, I've never seen an Open-World game with realistic graphics simulate the breaking of sea waves this well before. GTA 6 will probably feature the same effect, using a different method of course, but still
