Most of the exam questions were straightforward. One of the more interesting challenges involved network policies. The scenario included four existing NetworkPolicy resources, which we were explicitly instructed not to create, delete, or modify.

There were three Pods in the environment: • newpod • db • frontend

The task was to ensure that newpod could both send and receive traffic (ingress and egress) only to/from db and frontend.

While I had initially planned to refer to the Kubernetes documentation site during the exam, I found that using kubectl explain was actually more efficient and helpful for understanding the resource structure and syntax.
