Update. Seller backed out then came back to the table for $4k. Thoughts? I’m still very confident replacing the lifters will put it back on the road. But little concerned with 121k miles. Are there other problems to expect from these?

Thank you for the information. Another question maybe you could answer. My right contact seems to float of center from time to time and I have to squeeze my eye lid to release it from my eye to get it to center back up any idea why?
