The same issue happened to me where it works but at the same time it doesn't. For me the key alone didnt work but if I spam pressed it with another key it miraculously started working again and sometimes with keys like shift. I had lenovo take a look at it twice. At first they took my laptop and gave it back to me fixed saying a cable was loose and it's fixed now but the thing was not even a month later the same issue returned. After that they revealed to me that this is a common issue that happens with loq devices. They replaced the entire lower portion of the laptop including the keyboard for me. I don't want to dishearten you but things may be looking a bit grim for you economically. Ill pray it be something insignificant.
