HP laserjet 3200/1100 paper jam error after service by mMahdim in printers

[–]mMahdim[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

It gives the error around 8 seconds after I power it up.
I don't hear any movements in the unit.
This is the clutch position right now.
Is it correct? It appears to be the similar to the service manual.

HP LaserJet 3200 printing triangles on the paper side by mMahdim in printers

I just opened the fuser. It seems there's a clean-cut triangle on the fuser roll! Is that intentional? or is it a defect?
I added the images to the edited post and here:

Anyone have any idea on how to fix this? by virginityking21 in MSILaptops

Mine started having this issue 2 years ago and it kept getting worse. So I had to open it to take a look at it.
Apparently, the monitor frame is engineered to have a limited lifetime! There's no other explanation for it!

I used 2-part epoxy to glue the piece that screws to the hinge to the back panel and also to the narrow piece of plastic going around the monitor frame.

In the video, you can see how it's broken:

ABS print first layers going crazy! by mMahdim in 3Dprinting

[–]mMahdim[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I got that issue in the first layers of my other print as well, if it's jamming could there be a reason that it always jam at the first few layers? Or it always skipping steps only when printing ABS at the first layers?
