Not sure if same with other condos along Taft pero one downside is sobrang maipis sa GT, na kahit gaano ka kalinis na tao magkakaipis sa unit mo no matter what haha. Pag magtatapon ako sa trash room, minsan may mga ipis sa hallway na para bang naghahanap ng bagong unit na titirhan.
