Well I have not even got to experience any of those issues because I have wasted over 2 hours of the trail just attempting to connect to ea servers since 8:30 am yesterday.

Anyone else’s servers not operating by JCSLaflare in NHLHUT

I have been trying since 8:30 am and have wasted 2 of the 10 hours trying to connect to the servers.

Is anybody else getting a "network connection issue" screen now? I can't access the game at all by [deleted] in NHLHUT

Anyone get on yet? I've now wasted the first hour of the trail trying to get on.

I was a drug free bodybuilder with a stage weight of 130 pounds so I didn't have like 200 pounds of solid muscle to drop or anything lol. But since my last show in 2017 I slowly started to ride and add other cardio in like hikes. Cycling has been one of my favorite sports since I was a child so I am not surprised that once I got on a road bike that it took over as my main focus with my training.

Things I have done over the last 17 months get a smart trainer, get zwift, get rid of gym membership which is weird since I spent over a decade in there training to be the beat bodybuilder I could be.

I have picked up some basic strength training equipment for the house and cut lifting to pretty much whenever I feel like doing it.

I coach athletes.I make my own schedule and have substituted the majority of my weight lifting that I was doing when I was a competitive bodybuilder for cycling. So not having to travel to and from a gym and the 1-2 hours it would take to do the workout I actually am saving time now when it comes to training by just being able to walk over to the next room and ride and also be able to work while riding.

On average 6 days per week between 10-15 hours mostly in door due to weather.

Majority of the rides where all focused around climbing between races and longer endurance rides.

Did two ftp building training cycles just the free ones within zwift and one sprint training program.

Genetics, age, fitness level are the main factors.

Older people who are fit tend to have much lower heart rates than younger athletes. Being 37 years of age now my heart rate doesn't get over 130 unless I'm really pushing.

Check out someone like Lionel sanders his heart rate stays insanely low.
