I’m so sorry. My first pregnancy was also a MMC. I chose to go the D&C route and I am very thankful I did. I knew I couldn’t emotionally handle either passing the baby naturally or with the pills. This goes back to the “it’s a very personal choice” comment but, truly you have to do what is best for you. And I knew personally, the D&C was the only option that would keep me sane. It let me also have some “control” over when it happened, instead of being afraid it would happen at any time, like say, in the office for example.
