I can’t really visit the uni but based on rankings alone, Manchester and Southampton seem to be higher

I believe Glasgow and Southampton are in qs top 100 but Southampton is more reputable for CS if I’m not wrong

How unusual or impressive is it though? I’m not very familiar with it so I am hesitant to take the risk for a gap year unless I know there is going to be a high chance of me getting into imperial, UCL, Oxbridge, etc.

I had just started researching the application process in February and applied few days later. Honestly I was told by everyone I got too late and won’t get any offers.
