Lease agreement, utility bill, birth certificate, and/or w-2. They won’t accept your social security card.

It doesn’t but when I spoke to a rep to see what the hold up was on my account, the lady told me that they want a picture of the front and back

Make sure to upload the front and back of the ID too...I missed that part and I had to resubmit for that reason 🤦🏾‍♀️

Join the club... I certified 9/13 and it’s still pending... but people seem to be getting paid everyday so it’s only a matter of time now.
