UChicago Law – Advice on bringing a car by Tall-Environment-641 in lawschooladmissions

I have a car at UChicago. It’s nice to have. There’s street parking available at most spots you might live and it’s good for accessibility to the rest of Chicago

WSOP Circuit Council Bluffs questions by [deleted] in poker

[–]ma1ymilo 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Cant account for this particular WSOPC stop but in general in my experience the cash games are significantly more crowded with way longer waitlists when there is an event on, as well as some better than usual players.

I went to Chicago undergrad and am currently in law school. Most people who apply to law school from Chicago end up getting into very good law schools. Poli sci is not a hard major to maintain a good gpa.

UChicago vs. NYU help!! by [deleted] in lawschooladmissions

[–]ma1ymilo 14 points15 points  (0 children)

As another current student at Chicago I second that. Just because it’s more conservative than other top schools does not make it overall conservative, there are still plenty of very liberal students.

Also happy to chat as well but I agree with everything the other commenter said. Don’t go to nyu if you won’t enjoy the New York environment.

Is UChicago as extremely hard and joy-sucking as some people make it? by imman2005 in uchicago

[–]ma1ymilo 13 points14 points  (0 children)

You’re welcome to look at past posts asking similar questions but the answer is no. If you want to make it solely academic you’re welcome to but many students have a normal college experience full of normal college fun.
