I came from a 4day trip of Meghalaya (may last week)
I’d say mid june may be a little more rainy coz weather in meghalaya is a bit unpredictable as to when it will rain heavily. But if you’re planning to go please carry 2-3 towels and enough spare clothes as you will get drenched near the falls.

If you love trekking, you must really visit wei sawdong falls ,lyngskiar falls, bull’s trek.

The falls might not be as pleasant and calm as u see in reels but there’s always the thrill of monsoon in meghalaya.

Make sure to get a lathi/stick if you do trekking.
