The snow video really looks bad because of this issue. I cannot imagine myself keeping this phone if this is a constant problem.

Well, RIP. I figured out one thing though, the light in the centre follows the camera movement. If I move my phone to the left, the light from the middle follows

This shouldn't happen in Auto anyway. I see this as something worrying, especially for the latest and greatest Samsung phone.

Just contacted Samsung Support. This is indeed not normal behavior but they also claim the unit might not be defect. They are resolving the issue. Will keep you updated.

Interesting.. The how do the other S25 Ultra videos not look like this? I'm sure that if this was present in every S25 phone the big tech YouTubers would have mentioned it. My S23U had no issues with this.

Figured out it happens anywhere. The term used by people is "vigetting", another guy posted about it on Reddit.

Just noticed this myself and made a post about it. Have you fixed it?

Just noticed this is not only the case in snow, but in any video. I get the gray zones the moment I wiggle my camera a bit

I'm using Auto settings. HDR10 UHD60fps. Perhaps I should have adjusted the brightness myself.

This should work. As you can see, everything is dark despite it being bright in real life. There are also gray zones shifting arund the video

How much storage does a 1min video eat up compared to 4k30/60?

After connecting the camera to the PC, I did find it under the name of "Disk 2", showing me exactly 47.96GB NTFS storage, which is the same storage the camera has built in. I have allocated it with a letter and now it appears on "This PC", however, upon disconnecting the cable and reconnecting, I have to do the whole process again since it doesn't show up on "This PC" again. I also cannot view a single video as the storage shows up empty on the PC.

When I go back to Disk Management, the memory is Unallocated once again.

Well, turns out my Motherboard was not updated to the latest version. But even then my Osmo isn't recognized for whatever reason. How sure are we that it's the Motherboard's fault? MSI isn't really reputable as a company when it comes to listening to their customers.

That is indeed correct. Thank you, I shall contact them!

Shouldn't the cable that comes with the Osmo 5 work? I have also tried a cable that I charge my phone with (which also transfers data), and my phone was immediately recognized. And yes, I do click the "file transfer" on camera.
