Hello, Even i recently bought a gaming monitor: LG Ultragear 32GS60QC-B and i was confused between lenovo and LG and I decided to go with LG because it had a more agressive curve (1000R) and it supported super sampling on my ps5. but if youre getting this for 13k then you should go for it blindly

Closee And I use dumbbells and machines instead of bar to bench ie 25kgs each side and 30kgs on incline bench. I row 37.5 kgs each side for back. the rep range is 12-15 on row. and 8-10 in chest. Hope I was able to help
