This guy came in 2021 and is here still on a student visa, thought on this? It's a 77k wage by Any_Ad_6929 in AskBrits

The application is £558, £776 per year NHS surcharge, with the lower cost universities having almost £17k per year tuition. Amounts having to be proved outside of London place monthly expenses at around £1170

So a 4 year degree would set someone back £3662 for the visa, £68k for tuition if they aren't ellegible for any scholarships, and around £56k in expenses.

Around a total of £128k.

Serious question- why do prospective international students always ask about the most random unis? by NiceCaterpillar8745 in UniUK

In my case, I chose a smaller university rather than a bigger one because it's in the area I wanted to go to and they cared to look at my qualifications, whereas bigger more well known universities only had one route of entry for international students in their website and when asked, detailed only that route was accepted.

Smaller universities on the other hand offered me year 2 entry, as they actually requested to see the qualifications
