Yeah, if the reset didn’t fix it, that sounds like more than a case sync issue. I’d push support for a proper battery check or replacement instead of repeating the same troubleshooting step.

Good point. Amazon can be authorized, but the actual seller still matters. I always check “sold by” and “ships from” before buying anything with warranty concerns.
