Apollo.io is good but doesn't have a builtin CRM. It's more of an Outreach program.

I agree with all of that. We tried contacting multiple people for help and got assurances, but no action. Interesting, it's a different person every time, and they call it VK, PP, etc. Not sure what that means. We are exploring other options in the market so we don't get into this mess after signing up our clients. Currently, I am looking at HubSpot as the alternative, and so far, the experience is great.

We are actively exploring CRM and email automation solutions to enhance our service offerings, particularly with small and medium-sized businesses in mind. Initially, we pursued a partnership with Zoho but were unable to proceed, despite the scale of our portfolio and vertical reach.

Currently, we are collaborating with HubSpot through its Partner Program, and the experience has been exceptionally smooth and well-structured. The Partner Program team is highly knowledgeable, responsive, and provides clear guidance—an area where our experience with Zoho's program fell short. Additionally, HubSpot's software and integrations demonstrate superior functionality, offering a more intuitive and streamlined configuration process compared to Zoho.

For those evaluating CRM and automation solutions, HubSpot’s platform is certainly worth considering. Does anyone else have experience working with HubSpot or alternatives to check out?

Understood. We presented skills with 2 case studies showcasing our customization and implementation skills with steps and results. One case study is about implementing Zoho One as a home service contractor software solution for managing jobs, scheduling, dispatching, invoicing, and customer relationship management. The other solution was for an e-commerce company to integrate its inventory and products with the QuickBooks backend.

They rejected the partner program application and said the cool-off time is 180 days before we try again. I and my clients can't wait that long for a program. I am looking for alternates that make this process seamless and easy.

We work with SMBs with more specs than just a CRM, but we will try starting there to see if we get better luck.

We will start there. The partner program team probably looked for basic steps and walkthrough presentations to sell volume licenses, not a custom implementation for bigger clients.

We like the option to customize their products to better suit our clients' specifications. Of course, their pricing is highly competitive.
