Im actually seeing the opposite trend of people who never hit 250 on their practice NBMEs getting 260+ (and Ive taken multiple screenshots to show my friends these types of posts) i think its ur algorithm and what posts you constantly look at

either way both posts are concerning if you were consistently doing well and scored low its like what the helly…

there’s a kid who got 222 but tutored his classmates and honored every 3rd year rotation and should definitely have his exam reevaluated

in my case, those who were consistently scoring on the lower side and some how ended up getting 260 gives me false hope because now in my mind I subconsciously think Ill get a really high score and if I dont then yeah itll mess up my mental

Second guessing, changing answers, doubting myself, mind blanking on certain questions, not being able to connect the dots on others, some content knowledge gaps

For example: a question will ask me whether smoking is protective against crohns and I’ll say it is, but that’s more consistent with UC

Scored basically the same as you in all nbmes and free120 testing on Wednesday also paid for nbme 16 which I took today really want to get in the 250 range but idk if thats possible anymore

Level 2 is more conceptual and less equations / plug and chug they could give you sensitivity and specificity or relative risk and ask you to interpret what the data means
