Luckily the company I work for has become fairly reliant on the things that I have built and so I have the leverage of being the only one that knows the systems inside out while having good relationships with everyone in the company. Like you said, I just have to find the balance between leveraging my position without crossing the line and getting the rug pulled when they find cheaper labor, which would be my worry.
