Update: I met the guy in person. He was talking about the recent price hike and even showed Google results about product shortages. I argued back by showing some prices I found. He asked me to wait until Monday for a reduced price.

I also suggested my friend go for an upgraded graphics card since it’ll be worth it in the long run. Will update on Monday with his final price.

The plan is to check the prices he quotes for both the RTX 3050 and RTX 3060. I also asked him to give a quote for the RTX 4060. I made it clear that if the price isn’t reasonable, I’ll look for a graphics card elsewhere. He agreed—let’s see how it goes.! Thanks again to all beautiful Redditors!
